"My Home"

Mincha is a village that is located in the fourth region of Coquimbo in the Choapa province, is located on the shore North of the river Choapa.

Geographically the Mincha village is located on the northern shore of the Choapa River, 15 kms. the Panamerican Highway North from Huentelauquén route.

Mincha name is the derivation of "minche", which means "down", which expresses well the location in mapudungun, "under the Hill", between the Hill and the Choapa River.

Mincha has the privilege to be a cozy village where his people are good and beautifull.

Mincha is characterized by its rich preparations gourmet goat cheese and “cazuela”. It also has a small brewery called Finka.

In this town is where I was born, today my father lives there, he is a farmer and also is dedicated to caring for animals such as goats, horses and donkeys.
